There are parking spaces for 2 cars at your door. The driveway leading to these two spaces is on a steep north-facing slope that becomes undriveable during snow events. On such occasions, you cannot drive to those 2 parking spaces, but you can use a single parking space on a flat driveway on the uphill side of the building (adjacent to the bike carport). During some snow events, a snowplow may require you to move your car(s). You are not allowed to paint walls or ceilings without prior permission.
