The house is located in a quiet neighborhood but is within a short drive and walk to downtown SONO and stores on Route 1. This apartment is perfect for someone who needs a place to stay for a new job. It's furnished and all utilities, tv, and internet are included. Includes one off-street parking space, no garage. We are flexible on length of the rental but prefer two months minimum. We will consider longer rentals than 6 months with additional references. We live on-site so we are accessible 24/7 for any issues. Finally we will consider renting unfurnished, contact to discuss. We are receiving too many tour requests from people who are not seriously interested so I will only respond to requests that include information about you including your approximate desired move-in date and rental length, number of tenants, furnished or unfurnished, and confirm that you don't have pets.
