Bedrooms, pictures and description not included here because it's a separate building but owners may need to return to casita periodically to "regroup". There's separate parking, entrance, etc. so should not be a big deal). An easy 6 miles to downtown (La Fonda). Close to local favorite restaurants - will provide a list. No smoking allowed. No pets. Absolutely no parties. Owner pays 2x/mo housekeeping and utilities (but we expect guests to conserve water, gas and electricity, recycle and compost food waste -- instructions provided). 30-day minimum as required by our HOA - see terms. This is a 30 day minimum rental. Furnished home available from 9/4 to mid-December. Owner pays all utilities and every other week housekeeping. Guests are expected to keep house tidy between housekeeping. Weekly housecleaning can be arranged. Not a great house for kids because of patios and lots of dessert cactus in garden. NO Parties. NO Pets. NO smoking. Deposit will be fully returned if there's no damage and these rules have been followed. House uses Alexa and Simplisafe. Internet is good.
