I love this home because its seconds away from the store, post office, bank, fire/police station, yet there is enough privacy to feel as if you are in the country. The land is beautiful and sits on the outlet. There is a bridge in the yard that was a part of the erie canal and there are many uses for it. We have a part of the yard that is fenced in for our dogs. Each door (3) has a deck off of it and one deck is set up for a pool that we recently took down. The inside is beautiful and many rooms have been redone. The layout is great because the kitchen and dining room is very open and the living room is nice and cozy. The master bath has a stand up shower and a Jacuzzi tub that fits two along with double sinks and mirrors. It also has a nice linen closet. The master bath is very spacious with nice closet space. The guest bathroom has been redone with airstone and has a tile floor. Almost all of the light fixtures/ceiling fans are brand new. Come take a look for yourself!
