We built this custom home in 2023, and we’ve loved the thought and intention that went into making it our own. One of our favorite things is the open-concept layout—it makes the main living spaces feel spacious, comfortable, and connected. The bonus room has been especially wonderful for kids, giving them a dedicated space to play, hang out, and make memories. The bonus room is prepped for a small bathroom; however we currently use that as a convenient storage room that opens to a walk in attic. And then there are the fun little surprises that make this house unique! We have a hidden “Harry Potter room” that has become one of the most-loved features of the home. Our fourth bedroom is currently being used as a library/office, making it a flexible space that could easily serve as a bedroom, office, playroom, or whatever your family needs. We also love the back and side yards and how they give us additional space to enjoy the outdoors. They’re perfect for small gatherings, kids playing, or relaxing with friends and family around the fireplace or fire pit. It’s become a favorite spot for evenings outside and enjoying time together. There is even a small branch that runs along the very back side of the property. We’ve loved that this home feels both beautiful and practical—a place designed for everyday family life, gathering, and making memories.
