Beautiful waterfront lot on pine River Pond. Map makes it look like it is not waterfront, but it is. I paid $135,000 for it several years ago, but have since moved and no longer have a use for the property. I own the land outright, so the sale can be very easy. Will consider trade for low mile Cadillac, GMC, Chevrolet SUV or high end vehicle plus cash coming my way.
