Even during morning hours peak traffic, it will only take you 14 mins to Bethesda, 8 min to Silver Spring and 20 mins to downtown! It is 5 min walking to Walmart and 3 min walking to the newly opened restaurants, and you can get to the beautiful hiking trails in no time. Numerous bus stops along 16th Street and Military ave, which provide direct routes to anywhere of the city. This maybe the most diverse, safe, peaceful and yet convenient neighbourhood in DC. The place is an open floor with full furniture. All the furniture was purchased in October 2018 so everything is like brand new. Full bath, kitchen, washer & dryer unit, central AC and comes with a parking lot. It is a parking lot, NOT garage parking.
