Watch the magnificent sunsets from the sunset dock, walk the beach and pick up shells, or just relax at the pool and hot tub. Walk to Coconut Jacks or Docs Beach Front restaurants. Its the perfect place to spend the "Season". We are looking to rent out our home to a mature (and clean!) couple for February 2025 while we head to the Destin area to help take care of our 2 grandsons (Note: Jan, March and April are already booked). The Villas are located in a prime location on Barefoot Beach. Although our villa is not gulf front, it is literally just steps to the beach and the pool is right outside the office on the lower level. The minimum stay at the Villas on Barefoot Beach is one month, and the property rents by the month (Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, Nov, Dec, etc.). You must be approved by the HOA by completing an application. Multiple families (unrelated couples) are NOT allowed per HOA. No pets allowed per HOA. Note: I would like to facetime or speak to the guests who choose my Villa to ensure there are no surprises and this property is the right fit for you. Its a quiet and happy beach community.
