This is our home. We live in it six months each year and live elsewhere the other six. We are looking for financially responsible, clean, quiet tenants, who will take good care of it, inside and out. Great home for clean, working professionals, or a family with children older than 10, who can swim (with adult supervision)!. Fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Solar heated, small, in-ground pool, a hot tub that is hot 24/7, a warm outdoor shower and a dry/steam sauna. The backyard is completely fenced in and totally private, with a locked side gate. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cookware, etc. House is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove/oven, coffee maker, microwave, washer and dryer. House is walkable to the SAP Center, Diridon train station, some restaurants, Whole Foods and coffee shops. Close to downtown SJ, Safeway, Smart & Final, Food Max, Universities, and West Valley Mall. Quiet, safe neighborhood, with good schools in the area! The house has outdoor security cameras and a Ring video doorbell. The driveway is shared with one very nice neighbor, with small children; Ours is the right side of the driveway and theirs is the left side. Off-street parking for up to two cars in the driveway Street parking requires permits, which only the owner can obtain, but we can help you with that. Internet and garbage/recycling will be paid by the landlord. Yard care, pool, hot tub and sauna maintenance will be paid for by the landlord, however the tenant will be responsible for any damage to the amenities, for replacing the water in the hot tub and for keeping the amenities clean. Tenant will be responsible for paying the electricity and water directly to the utility companies. Background check, credit check and six month lease will required of all adults who will live in the house. No smoking or vaping inside the house. Outside is fine. No pets, sorry. Landlord is is allergic to dogs and cats and the house has our furniture inside. First, and last months' rent, and a refundable deposit required to move in. If you have children be aware that the pool, hot tub and sauna are easily accessible thru the back doors of the house. The pool is not covered, the hot tub cover and the door to the sauna can be easily opened by a small child. The back yard is fully fenced in, however the pool does not have a separate fence around it. Tenant agrees by renting this house that owner will not be held responsible, morally, legally or financially, for the loss of life or injury of the tenants, tenants' children or tenants' visitors.
