This old house has been a place for my family and I to share over the years. The main house is over 100 years old. The 'mother-in-law" studio in the back was built prior to my buying the place over 16 years ago, but since then I've remodeled the kitchen and installed a dishwasher, put in a new electric stove and counter tops. The building next to these two was an over-sized garage when I purchased the place and I remodeled it into a home office that I've operated my real estate business out of for the last 16 years. The studio is licensed as a tourist home and I started renting it through Air BnB and VBRO this summer. I've had it rented several days each month since, even with the slow season due to the Covid-19 shut downs. I developed parking in front of the home and in front of the office with two additional parking areas in the back next to the studio and behind the office with access off the back alley. There is a community sewer system with two hook-ups on the lot to the south - one to the main house and one to the studio. The office does not have plumbing but there is an additional 'rough in' hook up at the back of that lot if one were to put plumbing in the office building. The monthly bill for sewer is $92.97. The home is located centrally in Craig, Montana - walking distance to the river, fly shops and restaurants.
