    My wife and I have an amazing loft condo to rent in Fremont Lofts. This extremely large; 1,200 square feet, two bedroom high-end loft-style condo was just was professionally painted. Owner Pays Condo Fees and water. Tenant Pays all other utilities (cable/Fios, electric and gas). All appliances are included. We ask for first months rent once we sign the lease and a one month security deposit the day you move in. We do not require last month rent upfront. Unit is currently available. This condo is on the second floor and, unlike most other units in the building, there is no one above you and no one below you. It is like you are in a town house, but don't be fooled, it is a high-end loft-style condo. We have installed very high end blinds (over $4,000.00) to cover the gigantic windows, we have light filtering blinds in the living room and blackout blinds in the bedroom. Currently the unit is extremely quiet. The condo has two bedrooms; two full bathrooms; and a large kitchen. The loft includes granite counter tops; hardwood floors; a large entry way; tons of closet space; and a separate laundry room. The condo has 27 foot high vaulted ceilings at the peak of the arches! the entire ceiling for the unit is made of wood slats (very old school mill building look) with exposed stainless steel ductwork and exposed natural brick. The unit has central air conditioning. The condo itself boasts an open concept so the kitchen, dining room and living room are considered one very large open area. All this on one level and it comes with a separate locked storage area within the building. All the appliances are new (the stove has yet to be used) or have been replaced within the last two years. The washing machine is a super large top of the line front loader, dishwasher is a stainless steel and stainless steel guts with three shelves, the over the range microwave is LG's extend-a-vent, the fridge has water and ice available in the front (without opening the fridge) and the oven is a gas Samsung Bespoke which is brand new. There is also a new nest thermostat (generation 4), a smart front door lock by Eufy that you can use your fingerprint to open the door or a key or your phone and I have installed four under the cabinet lighting (GE Cync Reveal HD+) which can also link to an app and you should have full control of any color and brightness. We have tried to create a smart house, even the washing machine and dishwasher can be connected to the Wi-Fi. Fremont Lofts has a private gym and a private courtyard available to residents and is equipped with an elevator as well as security camera system for the parking lot and there is a new security system to get into the building (uses facial recognition or pin code) and also has a room dedicated to bicycles. What is especially nice is the fact that the unit is very close to the courtyard. The complex is three (3) minutes to the 290 and eight (8) minutes to the Mass Pike (90) - it is close to everything! Currently the unit is a very quiet. The entire complex is pet friendly and there are mostly young professionals living in this building. Most units within the building are owner occupied and these condos do not come up for rent very often. I believe this is the only unit out of 100 that is available for rent. Most two bedrooms are selling for over $330K. The pictures do not reflect how beautiful the place is... this unit is much nicer in person. You need to see the condo to fully appreciate it!
