Take advantage of the private dock access to Lake Powell to fish, paddle board or kayak, soak in the community salt water pool or explore walking trails in Camp Helen State Park (fee applies) Conveniently located to 30Avenue shops, infamous 30A, Publix and CVS. Walkable distance to Inlet Beach public beaches, 30Aavenue and Inlet Shopping Center. All utilities included: electric, water, wi-fi, pest control, garbage.
