This unit is very new and in great condition. It's just one room with a small closet and a kitchenette that includes some cabinets, a sink, a two-burner stove, a microwave, and a small refrigerator. It is an illegally permitted JADU, so it shares one door to the house, which remains locked at all times. I'm looking for a very quiet tenant since there is just a door separating the spaces. There is a washer and dryer right outside the unit that is shared with one person. The parking is on the street. It's a very small space, but you have access right out the door to a large park and a short walk to the back of the harbor and Arana Gulch Open Space Preserve. It's about a 15-minute walk to Seabright Beach. This is ideal for a single person that is a student and is looking for somewhere they can stay for a longer period of time. There are three separate units on the property, and everyone is very kind and gets along well. It's a very safe neighborhood. You're within walking distance to Staff of Life and other restaurants and shops. There is a bus line nearby as well. There is a small garden space just outside the door that the current tenant has planted, which you would have for your own planting if you wanted it. I would prefer 1 year lease
