Our home is available starting May 1st, 2026 at a monthly rate of $15,950. Guests are welcome to book a minimum of 29-days (required by the City of Coronado) or more for an additional discounted rate. Our home is NOT AVAILABLE for longer than 3-months. JULY has always been a popular month for guests and their families. The 4th of July Parade floats are staged on our street and loads of fun for the kids. A 5+lb dog "may" be allowed only with homeowner's approval. Photo's and vet paperwork are required for homeowner's review and an additional pet deposit of $500 is required. Please keep in mind that we usually book early in the year and we request a deposit to hold your dates. This is a nonsmoking, no party property. City of Coronado requires a 28-29 day rental minimum. A rental agreement will be provided by owner to renters/guests for their signature and must include a deposit to hold rental dates. Arrangements for monthly payment in advance of rental date could be negotiated. A required (possibly refundable) DAMAGE DEPOSIT will be determined based on the inspection by the owner and only if the home is left in good, clean condition. Additionally, the number of guests (6 maximum), pet and age of children will be a determining factor regarding the required DEPOSIT.
