The back house was built in 2021 and has a full kitchen and radiant floor heating (propane). The shared backyard is spacious and has a cement patio and turf. This is a unique rental and we would prefer to rent both homes together as it is a shared yard. If we are unable to rent both homes to the same tenant (s), we will rent them separately. Water will be included but all other utilities will be the tenant's responsibility. Dogs may be considered with an additional deposit. 6 month lease to start.
