What I’ve Loved Most About This Property
When I first found this property, I lived nearly nine hours away. I wasn’t looking for another house I was looking for a place where my family could slow down, disconnect, and spend quality time together.
What immediately stood out was how unique the setting is. It’s rare to find a property that combines both mountain views and waterfront living while still being within easy driving distance of major cities. Every time we arrive, it feels like we’ve escaped to another world.
Some of my favorite memories have been simple ones. Watching the sunrise over the water with a cup of coffee on the deck. Spending the day boating and fishing on Lake Neely Henry. Sitting around the custom fire pit with family and friends as the sun sets and the stars come out. There is something special about ending the day by the water with a fire going and nowhere else you need to be.
The grandfathered enclosed boathouse has been another feature we’ve truly appreciated. Being able to keep a boat protected and ready to use at a moment’s notice makes enjoying the lake effortless.
What I’ve always loved most, though, is the feeling this property gives you. It’s peaceful. It’s private. It’s the kind of place where weekends seem longer, conversations last a little later, and memories are made naturally.
