Positive rental references are required from past landlords. 4. Criminal Background Check We conduct a nationwide criminal background check. Disqualifying convictions may include: - Drug manufacturing or distribution - Violent crimes - Sex offenses - Recent felony convictions (within last 5 7 years) Each application is reviewed individually, and mitigating factors may be considered. 5.
