Positive rental references are required from past landlords. 4. Criminal Background Check We conduct a nationwide criminal background check. Disqualifying convictions may include: - Drug manufacturing or distribution - Violent crimes - Sex offenses - Recent felony convictions (within last 5 7 years) Each application is reviewed individually, and mitigating factors may be considered. 5. Occupancy Limits No more than 1 occupant per bedroom, per local housing code. Other Considerations Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all applicants. Applications are processed in the order received, once all documentation is submitted. No pets or smoking allowed on the property. -There are two parking stall, several visitor stalls, and street parking all available to use.
