No smoking, no pets, tenant pays for oil for heat and is responsible to contact oil company (will start with 3/4 tank of oil). Quiet hours must be respected 10ish pm-7ish am. One family lives below, one family above. Parking for 2 in back of house. We have a snow removal company. Tenants responsible for taking trash bins to and from curb on Mondays. No storage in basement.
