Once approved there is a $49 reservation fee and one time $300 - $400 cleaning fee in addition to the monthly rent and refundable security deposit. This means when you move out you just do dishes and take out trash and recycle & we will handle the rest. Longer stays will require the security deposit be increased. Stays of 3 months or longer will automatically require professional furniture and carpet cleaning, to be deducted from the security deposit. Shorter stays may require professional carpet and furniture cleaning depending on the condition of the premises upon departure but is not automatically charged.
