Due to strict city ordinance minimum rental period is 30 nights. No garage access for renter. The renter will have parking for 1 auto in the driveway. The back renter will also have 1 driveway parking space. Additional parking on the street. The home has 3 SmartTVs and WiFi. There is no cable channel lineups. Guest will use their personal entertainment accounts (ie, Netflix, Hulu). There is a $225 per month non-refundable pet fee. Contact property manager about pet policy and fee. Owner will consider 1 dog, max 45 pounds, non-shedding. (Sorry, a large shedding dog like a retriever is not a good fit.) There is a $345 move out clean. The owner does require a mid-month cleaning $265 + property damage insurance ($49) covers up to $3000 in accidental damage. When paying with a credit card there is a 5% Convenience Fee. Furnished vacation renal Minimum 30 night rental 1 dog under 45 pounds will be considered. There is a $225 per month non-refundable pet fee. Owner requires a mid-month housecleaning service.
