The master bedroom features a remodeled large master ensuite bathroom with a lovely view of the back garden. The master suite has a king bed, abundance of clothes storage and SmartTV. The oversized second bedroom has 2 queen beds and SmartTV. The second bathroom has recently been remodeled and is located off the hallway, near the laundry center. There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry center. The home has three SmartTVs (living room and both bedrooms). The SmartTVs require the guest to have personal login accounts to access their favorite entertainment channels such as Netflix or Hulu. Beautifully landscaped with walkways and plenty of room to entertain. Wonderful opportunity to experience living on the central coast. Disclosure: READ BEFORE INQUIRING This is a vacation rental property. Rental period is minimum 30 nights. Max 90 nights. There is a tenant who occupies the detached studio apartment. The tenant has a separate entrance behind the home and private backyard area. You most likely will never see the tenant, however, disclosing another tenant lives at the property site. Due to strict city ordinance minimum rental period is 30 nights. No garage access for renter. The renter will have parking for 1 auto in the driveway. The back renter will also have 1 driveway parking space. Additional parking on the street. The home has 3 SmartTVs and WiFi. There is no cable channel lineups. Guest will use their personal entertainment accounts (ie, Netflix, Hulu). There is a $225 per month non-refundable pet fee. Contact property manager about pet policy and fee. Owner will consider 1 dog, max 45 pounds, non-shedding. (Sorry, a large shedding dog like a retriever is not a good fit.) There is a $345 move out clean. The owner does require a mid-month cleaning $265 + property damage insurance ($49) covers up to $3000 in accidental damage. When paying with a credit card there is a 5% Convenience Fee. Furnished vacation renal Minimum 30 night rental 1 dog under 45 pounds will be considered. There is a $225 per month non-refundable pet fee. Owner requires a mid-month housecleaning service. The move-out and mid-month cleanings are calculated into the rental amount. Pricing is seasonal.
