Recently renovated 2nd floor apartment, in a nice area. Close to shopping and plenty of restaurants. The unit has newer appliances and a washer dryer come with it (not included in lease). Off street parking with a shared back yard. The neighbors are quiet, and there is plenty of space. Don't wait on this one. Renter moves out in March. After cleaning and touchup it will be ready in April. Landlord is very responsive and handles any and all issues quickly. One year lease with an end of term escalator on renewal or a month to month option at term end. There is also a small fix clause in the lease that requires renters to handle small issues (ie batteries in smoke detectors, clogs in sinks and toilets, etc.). All interested renters required to fill out application and have a basic background and credit check run. This is a non smoking but small pet friendly (with pet fee) rental.
