This modern, clean loft apartment has two bedroom spaces, one a full bedroom with door and the other a comfortable sleeping loft over the main living room/kitchen area. The apartment has modern kitchen with dishwasher and lots of closet space, plus brand new marble bathroom. The apartment is currently furnished but this is negotiable. It is located on the third floor of our house, so there is no fee, but you do have to go through our house to get to the apartment. Looking for two friendly students (Fordham and Manhattan College are nearby) or professionals and we are open to short term or winter only rentals for students who go home in the summer. Marble Hill is an amazing neighborhood, filled with beautiful houses and very close to both subway and train downtown to the center of the city. Three gorgeous parks nearby. We need references and a signed lease agreement plus first and last month's rent and security deposit. We will check your credit, or for students, accept a letter of responsibility from your parents and check their credit. No more than two people can live in the apartment.
