The house is located in the Reynoldstown neighborhood of metro Atlanta. There is a dog park/coffee shop around the corner. Our neighborhood is in close proximity to other unique Atlanta neighborhoods, all with their own eclectic restaurants/bars/coffee shops nearby. (and also a brewery!) If you need it, there is also a Kroger (grocery), Target, Best Buy, & Lowes within walking distance. This house is in a residential area, but there are many fun things that you can walk/bike to. This house is convenient to Emory, Midtown, Decatur, Little 5 Points, Georgia State University & downtown Atlanta. The house is a 10 minute walk from the Inman Park/Reynoldstown MARTA (subway) station. It is a 10 minute train ride from Downtown Atlanta or Decatur.
