You will have the cozy, quiet, corner, single story cottage to yourself. This cottage is located inside the Luxury Silverado community, in the heart of the world-famous Napa Valley Wine Country. The space This unit is quiet and secluded to give you great privacy as it is steps from the parking. You can enjoy the amenities of the resorts: spa, tennis, restaurant, market/bakery. It is centrally located, so you are only minutes away from Napa downtown (great restaurants!), vineyards, the Silverado Trail, etc. This cozy cottage is the perfect remote work and play getaway. It is a single story, so you won't have to lift your luggage or groceries. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable king size bed. There are two private patios accessible through the bedroom and living room sliding doors. The living room has a comfy sofa, lounge chair and TV. The large dining table seats 4 people and makes an excellent work space as well. There are also two outdoor chairs and a porch to enjoy your Napa wine. There is a fully equipped and stocked kitchen with a fridge, a microwave and a Kuerig coffee machine. The bathroom has plenty of counter space. The entire apartment is equipped with air-conditioning and and central air heater. There is plenty of storage which will be more than welcome in case of a long stay! The place will be entirely cleaned before your arrival according to CDC guidelines and will have fresh beddings and towels. Weekly cleaning will be provided as part of the rental fee. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a pool (heated from Memorial Day-Labor Day), and an unassigned parking for one vehicle. Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is professionally managed and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests. In addition, you are benefiting from a much better price (up to 50% discount!) than if you reserved through the Silverado Resort. While we recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public. Our guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center (available for ages 17+). Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines. Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo pool located near your rental.) There is a security service on property available to everyone in case of any emergency. THE LOCATION Located on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley, the Silverado Community is ideal for visiting the 400+ wineries and restaurants in the area. Lined with wineries offering intimate tours, wine tastings, and breathtaking views, the Silverado Trail boasts local favorites like Darioush, Frogs Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards. The Closest Hospital is Queen Of The Valley Medical Center at 2.43 miles away. Guest access Super easy check-in/out. You will receive directions to open/close the front door at your own convenience. Weekly cleaning will be provided as part of the rental fee. The rate includes weekly cleaning.
