NICE HOME WITH STUDIO APARTMENT This home has a Master BR and two regular bedrooms, one which has walk-in closet. The regular bedrooms are on the North end and the MB is on the South end. The dinning room, large kitchen and living room are open space. Home has ample storage. The kitchen appliances that stay with the house are the Samsung refrigerator with dual ice maker (ice and water in the door), microwave, the Samsung range, which was purchased new in 2021, also stays. The LG W/D sets in both the apartment and main house DO NOT stay. The AC/Heat that was put in when the house was built in 2007 did not last. We replaced it with a new Trane unit in 2015. It has ultraviolet lights to help with asthma and lung diseases. ABOUT THE STUDIO APARTMENT The studio apartment is perfect for a single person, although a couple lived in it for a little over a year. We had a new $6000 Fujitsu Split Unit, (AC and Heat), installed in the Studio apartment as well as new flooring in 2020. The kitchen area has a dishwasher purchased in 2020, Microwave, and a small sink. We also had Justus Cabinets install new solid wood cabinets in 2020. The apartment has French doors on the south side and one door on the north side. One main point to make is that the apartment is completely private; there are NO DOORS leading to or from the house; you have to go outside to get into the apartment. Enjoy your summers relaxing on the deck or swimming in the above ground 15’ X 26’ resin SALTWATER pool. We just purchased a new AquaPro 2-speed pump, AquaPro tank, and two extra 200 sq ft AquaPro filters this year, so you are good to go on filters for about two more years. And if a tornado is spotted, hurry down to the FEMA approved jumbo storm shelter below the deck. If you are inside the house and do not have time to get to the outside shelter, the Master BR Walk-In Closet is also a FEMA approved storm shelter, so you have two storm shelters. There are two outbuildings, one large and one a bit smaller. House is on a corner lot. Parking is 2 but four cars can park in the driveway if parked behind each other. House has 13 years of wear and tear, so naturally, minor repairs are needed.
