The bedroom is available at the beginning of the month. This is a very convenient location in the heart of Grand Prairie VERY close to shopping and other amenities like Grand Prairie Outlet Mall, Main Event, Wal-Mart etc. You will have access to the entire house including living room, office, kitchen (with everything needed to cook) laundry room with washer and dryer, and patio. The bedroom is the only thing that will not be furnished. This way you can furnish it just how you would like. The bedroom has a full bathroom right next to it which will be shared with one other person. Must also be very neat and tidy. 1 year lease w/ monthly payments. No utility costs - all utilities included in rent. Shared cleaning duties of shared spaces.
