Very nice, newer apartment complex. All nine units have a 9' window overlooking Miller Showers Park and the waterfall. All units have wood flooring in the kitchen, halls and living room. The kitchens have solid surface counter tops and dishwashers. All units have stacked washer/dryers. These apartments are very nice and sure to please. Repairs last year were practiclly 0! The 3 bedroom units have the shower separate (off the hall) from the stool and sink. All units are eqipped with high speed internet.Units 3,5,6,7 & 9 all include 50 flat screen TV's.Rents shown are starting 8/12.
