In addition to the residential component, the project contains nearly 20,000 square feet of first-floor commercial space. All utilities are included with the monthly price excluding electric (setup and billed through Duke Energy based on your usage). "W/D" on the floorplan indicated that there are washer and dryer hookups in unit. You may bring your own units or rent them from our vendor ($40-$60 a month). We are pet friendly and do not have any restrictions on breeds or weight. Our pet deposit is $250 and is completely refunded if no damages occur during your lease. The monthly pet rent $25 per pet per month.
