Available to rent from February 11 through May 31 for one person or intimate couple (as this is a small, single bedroom home). Move in and out date can be slightly flexible. We have reduced the rent for this temporary living situation as we would require the renter to live with and care for our cat, Solomon. NO PETS ALLOWED. He is an easy-going indoor/outdoor cat, has a litter box that would require cleaning, and takes 1 pill 2x/day for his overactive thyroid that can easily be placed in a Pill Pocket. He has a cat door to the yard to come and go as he pleases during the day, but he needs to be locked in at night. If you take off for a weekend, there is an automatic feeder and waterer, just simply lock him in the house. This cozy two-story home has kitchen/living upstairs, and stairs down to the basement where bed and bath/laundry are located. Must have the ability to navigate a short (yet steep) stair set. Large covered deck and large yard. We require the renter to shovel snow from the sidewalk as needed. We also ask the renter to water houseplants and collect our mail. On street parking. All utilities included (this includes wifi). Franklin to the Fort neighborhood, close to city bike path, Good Food Store, and easy access to downtown. No smoking and please no parties.
