Awesome place, best I've lived in over the 6-7 years I've been renting. Close to highway, main roads, grocery store and more but tucked away into what feels like a little town for some peace and quiet. Love the entire complex, very well taken care of and a lot to do. Walking paths close by and throughout the complex grounds. Even a little pond and bonfire pit way back in the subdivision. Overall a truly great place. Pictures available at Town Commons website, there is also a vacant townhouse to tour at the complex or am willing to show/send pictures of the unit. No move in costs, I will pay the lease transfer fee. Pay Town Commons rent to the complex directly every month. Everything included except DTE and Consumers bill. Lease is up middle of Feb 2016 (unless new tenant decides to renew)
