I have a fantastic door to door laundry service that I can suggest. Our bungalow water is sourced from a treated well. Most tenants prefer to provide their own drinking water due to the salt fault that we lie on. Monthly rent includes: electric, cable, wifi, trash, water Payments: Cash, Cashier's Check, Venmo or Credit Card. An additional fee will be charged for all Venmo and credit card payments. Month to Month option will incur an additional $100/mo Small dogs allowed with an additional $150 pet fee with deposit. (this is not a refundable pet fee) A $150 cleaning fee is automatically deducted from deposit at move out Additional $100 cleaning fee for pets. NON SMOKING (smoking is permitted outside the cabin) Well Water: due to the salt fault our property sits on, there is a salty taste to the treated well on our property. We highly recommend personal water be brought in for drinking & cooking. (Applies to sinks and showers). No On-Site Laundry
