The main floor has a large laundry area with even more closets and access to the garage to double as a mudroom. The front of the house has a designer front porch with rain chains facing a regenerative garden that has been maintained using organic practices and has perennial native flowers and fruits mixed in. There are a also two trails in the forest going to two separate streams that meet in the back. The forest trails are private and part of the property only shared with the immediate neighboring white house. Almost every aspect of this home has been renovated with the utmost care and attention to detail including newly insulated attic and high efficiency heating and cooling. There is also access to high speed FiOS internet. I'm hoping to find a tenant who will love the home as much as we do while you stay. This house allows absolutely no smoking indoors.
