PLEASE READ WHOLE DESCRIPTION (Rent $884 + utilities) Looking for someone to take over my part of the lease/room in a two bedroom apartment at The Park at Arlington Ridge. You will have one roommate who is very nice, respectful, and chill! The apt is a five min walk from a Giant grocery store, Starbucks, abc store and the pentagon is a 5 minute drive away. Clarendon/Ballston are a 10 min drive away. Also close to Old Town Alexandria which has really cute shops and places to eat. The amenities are great- there's a gym, pool, business center and the front desk staff are super sweet. They also take covid very seriously and frequently have people going around to clean areas each apt unit building. I'm sad to go because the place is so great but I'm going to move in with my boyfriend. Rent is $884 a month (I pay a little less since I have the smaller room) and utilities (water, WiFi, electricity) are split evenly and usually run around $100 a month. The lease runs until March 2022. Move in would be sometime in May, June 1st at the latest. Lease from May 2021-March 2022
