Manager does live on site. We are currently building patios for each Trailer! Owner pays for Water, Sewage and Garbage Tenant pays for Electric. We have a one single parking space for tenants and guest parking for visitors. Tenants are responsible for maintenance. May exclude: Windows and Roofing
