The back patio looks out onto a horse pasture and you'll have as much yard as you want to mow (up to an acre) the rest is mowed by us four times a year or grazed down by the horses. Pets allowed on a case by case basis. (spayed or neutered cat okay, dog less than 40 pounds okay, no puppies) I'll require verifiable income greater than $3,500 per month OR prof of enrollment at OSU.
