Spacious bedroom and walk-in closet. Open floor plan for the kitchen into the living. All appliances are brand new! Lots of cabinetry in the kitchen! Renter is responsible for excel energy which i think the highest I paid was 55$ a month! You can have your own cable/WiFi.
