About the place: __________________ We are a young couple who lived in this place for about nearly 4 years. We moved to to Northern Liberties in 2007 and wanted to put this place up for rent since it is WAYYYY too awesome to sell! It is a corner unit which has 4 HUGE windows so we get lots of light and great view of the city through both the livingroom south window and the bedroom window. The other 2 windows face east and you can see the Broad St/Spring Garden. The walls are sound-proof and the windows keep the city noise out very well. Although the place is 609 sq. ft. it is one of the larger units in the Colonnade and the 11-foot ceiling makes a big difference visually. The unit comes with a shared basement storage area which has ample space for us to store 3-year worth of junks. The condo has as bike room that is being worked on and should be available for use shortly. There is building security from 7AM to 11PM on weekdays and 24-hour on Fridays Saturdays and Sundays. The place is in a clean safe and perfect location if you want to feel that you are in the City without the hassle of parking and traffic. One of us used to works in Center City and it takes 15 minutes to walk to 15th and Walnut. There are buses to and from Center City (the stops are right across the street) and the place is 1 block from Broad St. Orange line (great for Temple University students). If you go to CCP (Community College of Philadelphia) Center City it's literally right across the street. The Art Museum is 10-15 minutes walking. Nearby stores include Kellyan's Irish Pub Saladworks Quizno Dunkin Donuts 2 pizza places 1 chinese takeout (all right across the street); Convenient store FedEx Kinko (2 blocks down); Whole Foods Philadelphia Sports Club Eckerd Wawa (all 10-minute walk). From our previous tenants: "Parking is amazing here". The Masterman High School lot can be used after 4PM weekdays on on weekend. There are plenty of 2-hour street parking around the neighborhood. If you pay 35/year for a resident parking permit you can park on these streets as long as you want. Check out better quality and additional photos here: Contact Info: _____________________ Please contact by email or phone (9am - 9pm daily). You can come by to check out the place practically anytime including weekdays daytime. Rent includes water. Renter responsibles for electricity (current tenant says $80/month average for the 6 years they lived there), cable (basic antenna provided by building), etc. All appliances and heating run on electricity (no gas bill). Pets: OK, but must be under 25lbs and renter pays required one-time non-refundable $300 pet fees to condo association (we don't get this money).
