Washer and dryer in-unit (the washer is less than a year old). Landlord pays water, trash, and sewer. The apartment has lots of closet space and a storage unit at the end of the building. The landlord does a thorough reference check so good rental history is a must for anyone interested. The apartment was remodeled last summer and we were the first tenants to lease the apartment. The hot water heater was also replaced at the time and is electric. The only thing that is gas is the heat. The apartment is located near biking/walking trails. Owner pays water, trash, and sewer.
