This is a relatively new neighborhood. This particular house was completed in July 2004 and the entire neighborhood was completed at the end of 2004. It is a nice neighborhood situated at the north end of the city and is walking distance to main street, yet far enough back from main that it is very quiet. The neighbors are all very nice and there is a good mix of families that have younger kids, older kids, or no kids at all. The home was fully remodeled in 2016 adding an additional 450 sq. ft. of living space. The kitchen and three bathrooms were redone. New hardwoods and all the carpet were replaced. Finishes were upgraded. Both interior and exterior were painted. In 2018 a large outdoor living space was added to the back of the house to increase the impact of the stunning valley view. Fully covered with built in heaters in the ceiling of the upper level and a lot of recessed lighting on both levels, the space is enjoyable through all seasons of our Pacific Northwest weather. The upper level includes an outdoor kitchen with Lynx 42" smart grill, hood, and cabinets. The lower level has a 450 gallon Hot Springs Grandee. Each level is approximately 600 sq. ft. Completed with glass railings and beautiful tile, the effect is fantastic.
