It has also very recently had a new roof and new gutters… and more to be done on the back per the contract after the hail storm, including siding, windows, doors and lighting. All with a transferable 2 year workmanship warranty. The outside has been painted within the last month. There are so many wonderful things about this house. The basement could use some updating, but the upstairs is done beautifully, is spacious, and is all in all move in ready. Touch up painting didn’t match so all rooms upstairs except hall bath and hall have been repainted. All the extra paint was left in a closet: Shed out back, and 2 garden boxes as well.
