This house is a fixer upper and needs a lot of work. And it is AS IS. It has not been lived in for more then 10 years. It also has a lot of stuff in it, meaning it needs to be cleaned out(horter). It has basement that also needs to be cleaned out. 1 broke window on the right-side of the house if facing it. The fuse box needs to be updated. I would say rewiring the house. Walk in deck was attached but also needs cleaned out, and is off level. Cement step need to be fixed. Grass cut. Screen door and front need new locks, side door as well since I no longer have the keys. Water has been off for 10 years so check plumbing. Attached in closed walk in needs cleaned out, this has siding glass doors attached. Kitchen would need cleaned and updated as well. Attached garage would need cleaned out as well. There are two windows missing and I don't have the keys to this either. If you want it to lock I would suggest changing it, or removing it and making it a drivway. Other things wrong with the house I am unaware of. I am listing the house for $10,000 for these reasons listed. I am aware it will cost a lot to fix it up and make it livable.
