Resident pays electricity, heat and hot water (all on the electric bill, around $30-50/month) and cable/internet (through provider of choice). Cat friendly up to two with a refundable pet deposit, no monthly pet rent. Any other animals would need a doctors note. Application fee is $35 per adult and we will check credit, criminal and rental history. Lease options are 6, 9 or 12 month leases.
