Detached 1 car garage (Dim 20x24) with door opener is connected to the house by an enclosed back entryway that recently got two new doors for easy access to the large fenced in back yard making it great for putting out pets! Main floor has a very nice sized kitchen with plenty of cupboard and countertop space. Floors are Tile, wood laminate, and carpet. Good size living room with large bay window. Two bedrooms each with their own closet and full bath located between them. Nice layout! Second working toilet is located in the basement near the Washer/dryer hookup. Unfinished block basement but has great potential and is used as a workout area/kids play area/lots of storage room. New pressure tank for the boiler system was replaced last fall, along with a new water heater last summer. All new windows and new trim. Roof was just replaced 5 years ago. House owns the water softener and that was bought new when we purchased the house 11 years ago in great working order. The backyard is fully fenced in with a fire pit with a safety cover. There is a beautiful HoneyCrisp Apple tree that bears a lot of fruit every fall with a Raspberry patch nearby along Rhubarb and other flowers and plants. The back yard fenced in area is currently sectioned off for a very large garden. That can also easily be converted back into lawn. With only one neighbor with their privacy fence, weekend bonfires are surprisingly private and peaceful. No sidewalk to worry about but it starts only a block away, which works out great for walks. Also located on route for viewing the yearly Luxemburg Parade. Two large pine trees in the front yard for shade with no leaves. ;) Front and side flowerbeds were just redone last spring and very easy to care for. There is one small outbuilding that we are taking with us and is NOT included in the sale. The Small garden shed we JUST bought and built last fall, the fencing, the Large children's swing set/play system, Front load washer and Dryer, and the kitchen utilities (Gas stove is newer along with microwave, all stainless steel) will all be negotiable in the sale to either stay with the house or be taken out on sale. Willing to move out as soon as you need.
