This is an older farmhouse, in country is located on a gravel road has lots of privacy. 1 Large Shed. This property is in the North Daviess school district a bus will come to resident. Renter pays all utilities; the heat is propane and renter is responsible for filling tank in winter. We perfer no pets but if you decide to have one they must be less than 40lbs and you will lose deposit.
