Hi, I'm looking for someone to take over my room come February. The apartment has 3 bedrooms total, 1 bath, a living area, and kitchen. The apartment is about a 10-15 minute walk to St. John's University, and a couple blocks away from the bus stop. The two other girls living there are St. John's students, and are easy to live with.
