The thermostat is on wifi, so the renter may adjust the heat in the winter time through their phone. The front porch is shared and there is a fire pit in the back that is available to use. The owner lives here and we can hear each other, so mutual respect of each other's time and personal space will be needed. There is a carport in the back that can be shared with owner and street parking is also available.
