Chateau Ridge Apartments is situated on a semi-wooded private lot within Dayton, Kentucky. We are conveniently located near bustling Bellvue KY, and only minutes away from all that downtown Cincinnati, OH has to offer. There are a total of 10 buildings here at our complex in Dayton, KY. We offer 1 & 2 bedroom apartment units. Each of our apartments are equip with central air and heat. Our kitchens come equip with dishwashers for your added convenience. Off of the living spaces of each unit there is either a walk out patio or balcony for your enjoyment and leisure. Although we do not offer in house laundry connections we do have coin operated laundry facilities within each building for your use. NOTICE - we are not accepting vouchers or HUD applications. Landlord pays for the water/sewage utility and trash removal. Tenants are responsible for their own electric bills.
