    Condo is off of Prospect, between College and Lemay. It is on the Spring Creek Bike trail. It is a 3 level condo (2 levels with a basement). Main floor is kitchen and living area with 1/2 bath guest bathroom (I had it tiled and painted recently). Main level is wood floors. New Bosch dishwasher. Top floor is carpeted, 2 bedrooms, 1 with full bath, the 2nd with 3/4 bath. Basement finished, carpeted, with a 3/4 bath, washer and dryer. One car garage. Other parking off street. 3 of the 4 bathrooms have tiled showers. Carpeting is newer. Just painted main floor and upper bedroom. I try to update and keep things nice between renters. I rent to one person, meaning I deal with lease signing, rent and problems with 1 person, not a group of people. 3 people max in rental. I put much of effort into making the property nice for renters, so I expect renters to be respectful. Renters pay for gas, electric and internet. I pay HOA, which includes water and trash.
