You'll share the upstairs bathroom, with current tenants and you will share the laundry room and kitchen with me and current tenants. AVAILABLE NOVEMBER 1, 2024, $750/month, includes electric, water and Wi-Fi. CABLE NOT INCLUDED. MOVE IN FEES: Deposit $375 plus First month rent of $750 due at signing of lease. I require 2 references; proof of employment and you will be asked to sign a written lease one week in advance along with the first months' rent and deposit. LOCATION: East Orlando. Gated community, on street parking, quiet neighborhood. Community pool in walking distance. Close to Publix, Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market, Aldi, WaWa, Jersey Mike's, Gas stations etc. SEEKING ROOMMATE to SHARE my 4-bedroom 2 story townhouse. I occupy the master bedroom downstairs, and I have a small Shih-tzu that stays downstairs with me and am looking for a roommate to rent a FURNISHED bedroom upstairs (has a full size bed, 2 night stands, TV, chest of drawers, small desk and chair, a floor lamp and a ceiling fan (room measurements are 11' x 10'). There is a full bathroom and laundry room upstairs. You will share the laundry room and the kitchen with me, and the current tenants. The length of the lease is for 12 months minimum, but I am open to do 2 years or longer with the option to renew. The $375 deposit is refundable as long as the room, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen etc. are in good condition. NO PETS, NON-SMOKERS. I occupy the bedroom downstairs and I have a small Shih-tzu that stays downstairs with me. These are some of the lease terms: Lease is for 12 months and may be renewed. The monthly rent is $900 and the security deposit is $450. A $25 late fee for rent paid late the first time and $50 late fee for second time rent is late. Electric, water and Internet are paid by me, the Landlord. No cable provided. Clean up after yourself, and keep your room and any areas clean that you use. Lock both locks on the front door when leaving and when you return home. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY. NO PETS ALLOWED, ( the only pet on the property will be my small Shih-tzu). NO DOING DRUGS IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY. NO CHEMICALS, GAS ETC. ARE ALLOWED IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY.
