The house itself sits about 1.5 miles from the Michigan Union and is about 100 or so yards from the #5 bus-stop right in front of Fraser's Pub. Historically the house is occupied by quiet-types in pursuit of advanced degrees at U of M. The house has a common laundry area in the basement one off-street parking space (there is also plenty of on-street parking available) a common locking bicycle storage shed, and a backyard equipped with a table chairs and a grill.
